Workster supports a major player in the outsourcing industry with their German-speaking growth for a worldwide banking giant. You will have 2 weeks of remote training in Bulgaria, then 2 weeks of nesting in Sofia in office with a relocation bonus, and then you can work from anywhere in Bulgaria.
Your Role
- Provide inbound support for German-speaking banking customers
- Validation of data details and bank transfers
- Represent the company with the utmost professionalism as per the brand’s image
- Deal with different queries around accounting, financials and various others
- After the problem-solving, perform the soft commercial part of the call with additional proposal of services of the bank and scheduling a separate call with an office rep
Your Qualifications
- C1 level of German
- Based in Bulgaria or willing to relocate
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under deadline pressure
- Very good accuracy and attention to detail, understanding that small details can make the biggest difference.
- Proven ability to work and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- Proactively utilize strong problem-solving skills to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in shifts either 20h, 30h or 40h per week, Mo-Sun, 08am-10pm (8h shifts)
