Essential Responsibilities:
* Serve as the friendly voice and the first point of contact for the customers;
* Handle inbound calls, live chats, emails, and social media inquiries;
* Ensure customers receive top-notch support;
* Address any questions or issues from customers;
* Create memorable experiences for customers.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills, customer service experience is a bonus but not a must;
* Fluency in German, both written and spoken;
* An interest and a passion for sports is a big plus;
* Solid decision-making skills and a knack for problem-solving;
* A positive attitude and a cooperative approach to work and colleagues;
* Good typing and computer skills (MS Office) and a high school diploma.
