Essential Responsibilities:
* Be the friendly voice and written connection for customers;
* Tackle customer questions and issues across voice and written channels;
* Answer inquiries and resolve order-related issues with ease;
* Use your tech-savvy skills to stay updated on the latest technology and troubleshoot effectively;
* Strive to make each interaction a positive experience.
Requirements:
* At least 6 months in customer service, whether in retail, contact centers, consumer electronics, or a similar field;
* Strong written communication skills in Dutch or French and English language;
* Dedication to quality and a drive to solve customer issues and leave a positive impression;
* An organized approach to finding solutions and keeping on top of your workload;
* Ability to work seamlessly with others and act as a part of the team.
