Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide efficient and effective customer support via tickets and calls;
* Deliver tailored solutions with a focus on excellent customer service;
* Guide customers through processes to ensure a smooth and high-quality experience;
* Identify and report on recurring issues and frequently asked questions;
* Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
* Strong team player with a commitment to contributing to team success;
* Fluency in Norwegian with excellent English proficiency;
* A positive, customer-focused mindset and dedication to exceptional service;
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude;
* Familiarity with major operating systems is an advantage.
